K·reer is a digital consulting service operated by Samuel Rozo. Our services include Meta Ads audits and AI consulting for Spanish-speaking businesses. You can reach us at hola@kreer.app.

Data you provide directly

• First and last name — when you complete the sign-up form
• Email address — to send you confirmations and communications
• Phone number — optional, if you provide it when booking
• Payment information — processed directly by Stripe; K·reer never stores card data

Data collected automatically

• Browsing data — pages visited, time on site (via Vercel Analytics)
• Conversion events — on-site actions like clicks and form submissions (via Meta Pixel)
• IP address and device — for anonymous usage statistics

3. How we use your data

• Process your booking and confirm your access to the session
• Send you the Google Meet link and reminders for your appointment
• Create and manage your contact profile in our CRM (Go High Level)
• Send you communications related to the service you booked
• Improve our pages and advertising campaigns (aggregated, anonymized data)

4. Third parties with access to your data

We share information only with the following trusted providers, exclusively to deliver the service:

• Stripe — payment processing (privacy policy)
• Go High Level — CRM and appointment management (privacy policy)
• Meta (Facebook) — conversion tracking via Pixel (privacy policy)
• Vercel — web hosting and analytics (privacy policy)
• Google — video calls via Google Meet

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes.

5. Meta Pixel

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This pixel logs events such as page visits and conversions. If you'd like to opt out of tracking, you can do so through Facebook's ad preferences.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Delete your data from our systems
• Object to the use of your data for marketing purposes
• Unsubscribe from any email communication
